Exercise Time! Here are two simple kinds of exercise.

Everyone knows exercise is good for you.

Here are two simple types of exercise you can do to keep fit and stay healthy. 

Walking:

 Walking is one of the most important forms of exercise you can do.  Our body is designed to walk, for long distances and a long period of time.  When we go for a walk, your lymph system is getting toxins out of your body, energy flows through your body energising your cells. Walking has an effect on your state of mind and happiness. The lack of walking causes the body to become slow and sluggish.

According to research: Just 30 minutes every day can increase cardiovascular fitness, strengthen bones, reduce excess body fat, and boost muscle power and endurance. It can also reduce your risk of developing conditions such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis and some cancers.

Aerobic Exercise: Aerobic means "with air." Any form of exercise where you are breathing heavily and it is known for aerobic exercise.  Aerobic cardio dance is a popular form of dancing exercise.This type of exercise stimulates blood flow throughout the body, oxygenates the body and speeds the elimination of toxins.
Research has shown: Regular aerobic exercise has significant cardiovascular benefits, including a reduction in the incidence of and mortality from coronary artery disease--probably because of positive effects on blood lipid levels and blood pressure. Aerobic exercise can also be an important weight-loss program.

The reason I choose this two exercise because it is a simple form of exercise. Beginners can start off with walking and do aerobics. Even if women reach 65 years of age this two forms of exercise would not be difficult for them.
